How to access progress reports and LMS analytics (Admin)

Administrators can track engagement and completion analytics for all users consuming courses within the Vidversity LMS.

Steps to view analytics:

  1. Log in as an Administrator and scroll down the main landing page to the Registered learner reports section.
  2. Choose whether to view progress for My Courses or across the entire Organization.
  3. Click on Progress Reports.
  4. Filter by a specific course creator or course name.
  5. Review overall progress statuses (e.g. Started, Not Started, Passed).
  6. Click Show Details next to a course or learner to view itemised time stamps and activity logs.
