How to privately share content
This guide explains how to restrict course access using Vidversity’s private registration mode and import specific learners individually or via bulk upload.

Step 1: Access Sharing Options
Open your course and click the Share tab.
Step 2: Enable Private Registration
Select Private Registration under the share link settings to manually control who can access the course.
Step 3: Publish Settings
Click Publish** (or Publish Without Assets if your video files have already been uploaded, which saves time).
Step 4: Initiate Learner Import
Click Import Learners to launch the enrollment workflow.
Step 5: Add User Information
Enter an individual learner's email, first name, and last name, or upload a CSV file to import users in bulk.
Step 6: Select Course & Notification Method
Scroll down to select the target course for enrollment, choose whether to automatically email the login details or send them yourself, and click Enrol Learner.
